All items are used and are being sold in "as-is" condition with no warranty, express or implied. Kenergy will make every effort to respond to questions about items for sale in a timely manner during regular business hours. Kenergy does not guarantee a response outside of normal working hours.

To ensure timely and satisfactory pickup of items purchased, please follow these payment and pickup guidelines:

1) Payment should be made within three (3) business days after the close of the auction.

2) Pickup should be within ten (10) business days after the close of the auction, unless other prior arrangements have been made.

3) Pickup will be at our Owensboro location or shipping charges apply.

4) Pickup by appointment only Monday-Friday, between 8:00 am and 3:30pm (central time) excluding holidays.

5) To avoid confusion and misunderstandings, please be sure that you have confirmed pickup details with Kenergy before coming in to pick up an item you purchased.
