1996 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 Description

Car is for parts or a mechanic's special if you wish. Car was running great but right now it needs a starter so must be towed. It was sitting for about two months. Has rust on the outside as seen in the pictures. I do not want to fix it and looking to downsize. If you know what to do, it can be fixed. It is sold as it!
Brand new brake pads added and a new battery was put in before it stopped running. The battery needs to be jump started. Must be towed!! Sold as is, for parts or if you want to fix it. Does have a good spare tire. Inspected until 12/17
