2011 Chevrolet Suburban LT Description

I'm an owner/operator and have used this vehicle for my business for the past 2 years. I've babied it and made sure to take care of any issue immediately. Oil changes every 4-5k miles with MOBIL1 synthetic oil and filters, regular maintenance of brakes (NEW front and back), tires (including rotations). The exterior has normal nicks and dings associated with a vehicle this age but no dents. The interior is almost perfect. Carpets are excellent, no tears, burns, etc. Seats are spotless, no tears, no serious wear, leather looks excellent. All electronics work perfectly (windows, seats, radio, cd,) A/C blows super cold air front and back. All seats work properly. Don't let the mileage fool you.
There is a crack in the dashboard above the instrument cluster (see pics). I will include a cover which will fix that. It's the same exact material as the dashboard. As I said, new brakes front and rear, tuned up about 20k miles ago, O2 sensors changed about a month ago. I've used fuel injector cleaner every three tanks to keep them clean.
This truck runs EXCELLENT! Step on the gas, it responds with absolutely no lag. Transmission shifts perfectly. It rides almost like new. Steering is tight and the ride is still stiff (no bouncing or leaning).
The previous owner I purchased this from was also an owner/operator who took care of the vehicle.
