2001 Chevrolet Tracker Description

up for sale is my 01 zr2 tracker that i purchased for a project car. i have owned it for 7 years and it still isnt finished so its leaving. spent most of it life behind a rv back and forth to florida. the car has 127k miles with only 64k on the engine, the original was replaced by previous owner but i verified the new one with the garage that installed it and the salvage yard that sold it. car it is 98% complete. it has, 5spd, new clutch, pwr windows locks cruise, ac blows cold, removable rally two piece hard top with sunroof, takes about 3 min to take off, full lock out hubs, 5 inch old man emu lift, 3 suspension 2 body, with new lift coils front and rear and new front struts and rear shocks, brand new zero miles toyo ht 265/65/17 mounted on dick cepek aluminum rims, front mounted tow assy for flat tow, clean fluids front to rear, original paint with only a few scrapes and rocks chips, frame is clean with only light surface rust, stored inside, no leaks front to back, motors sounds great and transmission shifts smooth, 4wd hi and low work as they should. i have only driven it up and down the driveway over the years. what it needs.. install the front and rear bumper covers, probably 2 hrs in body shop and 1 fender flare. i have all the parts. it has no radio, needs inspection sticker. brakes are like new exhaust is perfect all lights works. my life priorities have changed would like to see someone get to enjoy this one of kind. it is located at zip code 24128, $500 non refundable paypal deposit within 24 hrs of auction close, remaining cash at pick up. no warranty written or implied. i will gladly answer all questions and send pictures as needed.... just noticed my pic shows shifter without boot, boot assy will be installed.
to answer a couple questions, the gas tank was removed a couple months back and flushed, i also installed a new fuel pump, the engine was out of a 04 vitara i was told, it runs perfect, zero chain noise, leaks or anything.
