This little stick-shift truck has plenty of good years left in it. It does have a couple of small issues, and is priced accordingly.
â—†A rattling inside the dashboard on the passenger side when the vent is running, particularly loud when turned up to 3 or higher. It's probably just some debris or a loose screw, but having looked under the dash it looks like the fan casing will need to be opened up to get at whatever's causing the noise. Probably an easy job for anyone who's handy with cars.
â—†The ABS light indicator is on, but the brakes were checked and the mechanic thinks it's just the dash light that is faulty. There are NO problems when driving with the brakes, and you can feel the ABS working when you stop suddenly.
â—†Some minor dings and wear in the paint, especially in the cab.
â—†A few cigarette burns on the upholstery.
It has a clean CarMax VHR. Truecar listings show higher-milage versions of the same year/make/model priced near $10K, so this is a great deal and probably won't last.
