Being offered today is a 1966 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Convertible. It has a gold exterior and gold leather interior. The inside is in pretty good shape with no rips or tears in the seats. The door panels seem good but they need to be reattached in places back to the door on the drivers side. The dash looks pretty decent. The outside has some rust in all the usual places and it looks like there might have been some work done on this car in the past but that is the extent of my observation. It has an electric top that DID move to close but not to open. It will need a new canvas top as you can see from the pictures. The motor runs actually good and the transmission shifts and works good too. It needs some tires and front end work but I don't know to what extent. I do have video of it being driven around the parking lot and it ran surprisingly good. IN MY OPINION this doesn't seem to need much to get it on the road and reliable but i'm not a mechanic. I am selling this as a project that runs and drives decent.

On Sep-06-17 at 15:00:53 PDT, seller added the following information:I have had several questions about the reliability of this Corvair. I want to make it clear, this is a Project that runs and drives, not a daily driver. I do not know what it would take to make it a reliable daily driver. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
