1951 Chevrolet 3100 short box, half ton pickup truck. Straight 6 cylinder (235), 3 speed on the column. 78xxx miles. Runs and drives good but needs some work. Awesome old black patina. The doors open, close, latch, and are not sagging. All inside handles are there & working and the windows go up and down. Gauges and speedometer work. Horn works. Nice stainless dash inserts and glove box door. Original seat with newer saddle seat cover. New 6 volt battery. The frame is nice and solid. Fairly straight cab. All original emblems are intact. Good glass except the driver front and driver side windows are cracked. Factory original 16” wheels with Chevrolet hubcaps. Tires are radials in good condition. Headlights work but signals do not. This truck has rust. Needs rear cab corners and front floor work on each side. Inner front fender fillers and lower outer cowls are also rusty. Patch panels are available for all of these areas. The floor was covered with tin by a previous owner. Old barn wood bed floor. Box is fairly straight and solid but the fenders have dents and dings. Gas tank probably needs cleaning. I have been driving around with the small red tank under the hood. Includes a clear Wisconsin 1952 half ton 3100 title (numbers DO NOT MATCH the door pillar tag).See pictures and ask questions before bidding. Located 30 miles east of St. Paul, MN just off of I-94.Thanks for looking and good luck.
