2014 Chevrolet Express LS Up for sale is a 2014 Chevrolet Express 3500 LS Passenger Van with a 6.0L V8 engine. Van is low mileage, just 62,068, and A/C blows COLD!! Van is missing the forth row seat, but is still capable of carrying 11 persons comfortably. This van would be great for a church, day care or for a mobile repair business.
This van is also for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the listing at any time. This van is soldAS ISwith no warranty. Prior to purchasing, you?re welcome to inspect the vehicle during business hours at our location in Huntsville, Alabama.
The winning buyer will be required to pay a $1,000 deposit through PayPal or bank wire transfer within 1 business day of clicking "Buy it Now" or the truck will go back on the market. The remainder of the purchase price is due within 7 days of the Buy it Now purchase and may be paid by PayPal, credit card, bank wire transfer, Money Order issued by the US Postal Service, Cashier?s Check from a bank with a local branch, or cash paid at pickup. We will not accept personal checks, business checks, a cashier?s check from a bank without a branch in our area, or IOUs. If you want to pay the balance with PayPal or a credit card, we?ll add an additional 2.8% to cover the fees.
The winning buyer can pick up the van from our location in Huntsville, Alabama. If you fly into Huntsville International Airport (HSV), we?d be happy to pick you up at the airport. If you decide to use a transport company, we?ll be happy to cooperate, but arranging for shipping this vehicle would be the buyer?s responsibility.

Shipping We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. GigaParts ships from multiple locations across the USA, so a portion of your order may come from two different warehouses. All orders are shipped in 1 business day!

• Terms
Terms GigaParts offers a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects on all NEW items sold on eBay. Most items will offer a longer factory warranty, please contact the product's manufacturer for specific warranty information. GigaParts can only warranty items that are in NEW condition, unmodified, with the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and UPC tags in NEW condition. Items not in NEW condition should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Modifications void your warranty (especially radio MARS/CAP modifications). While radio manufacturers will typically take the cause of any problem into consideration, there is no guarantee that they will warranty your radio if it has been modified, even if the modification was not the cause of the defect. Modified radios do not qualify for direct replacement unless GigaParts performed the modification. We guarantee our MARS/CAP modifications will not void the manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 1 year. However damage caused by transmitting outside the ham bands may not be covered under warranty. Generally, radios that have been modified after purchase are not returnable.
If your order was damaged in shipping or appears to have been opened prior to delivery, please notify the delivery driver and report the problem to GigaParts within 2 business days. Claims for items missing from your shipment must be reported to GigaParts within 2 business days of delivery and the shipping box and all packaging materials must be retained until the claim is settled. Shipping cartons are designed to protect your item while in transit and damage to boxes or packaging materials is not grounds for a claim unless the actual item sustained damage.

• Returns
Returns GigaParts accepts returns for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Defective items can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Items returned as defective will be tested to verify all claims. After testing, if the item is found to be functioning properly, the buyer may incur restocking and/or shipping fees being deducted from the refund.
GigaParts will provide a pre-paid return label for defective returns so long as the item is shipping within the continental USA (lower 48 states). For products shipped outside of the continental USA (lower 48 states), the buyer is responsible for return shipping, even on defective items.
Non-defective returns for refund or exchange are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. If your order was shipped, refunds for orders shipped with free freight will be charged the shipping costs. Refusal of shipments may be subject to additional charges and refunds and exchanges for these items will not be processed until the shipment has returned to our dock. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fee's for non-defective returns.
