For sale is my 2000 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab pickup with a hydraulic tilt flatbed for car hauling or whatever else you want to haul. 12,000 lb winch. Power everything inside. Air conditioning blows cold. Cruise control works great. Engine runs great and transmission shifts great. Truck drives down the road awesome. A very low117,xxxx original miles. I've gotten 18.7 mpg going 60mph empty. You will have a hard time finding any tow rig with that kind of mpg. When the truck was converted, the front end was replaced with 4.56 gears. It's the perfect gear ratio to ensure at 55-65 mph you stay above 2000 Rpms while towing. You wouldn't want to be doing 1700rpms while towing with 3.73 gears. I was using this truck to tow cars for myself and a few select people. I'm moving forward on my media blasting business and I have another truck I can use for that. I never thought I would sell this truck as it is the perfect tow rig between ease of operation and miles per gallon. Tilt bed works awesome and is very fast to load a vehicle. All hydraulics are excellent. This truck is a conversation piece everywhere I went. I have seen quite a few early 90's, chevys converted trucks, but haven't seen one newer than mine although I'm sure they exist. The conversion costs to have this done with trailerare 3 times the cost Im asking for the truck when new. As you can see the truck is still a clean, comfortable work vehicle and can haul any of your needs.
This truck is located in Nampa,Idaho. I just moved here from California. Clear California title in my name. No check engine lights and passed smog in California both times just fine( I have had truck for 3 years). Drive or fly in and drive her home. Over the summer I used this truck to go back and forth to California to move my belongings. I have every reason to believe the truck has a clean bill of health to drive across the country if you wish to do so.
