Up for sale and your consideration is a pretty unique Cheverolet Suburban LS!

This truck has been meticulously maintained and it runs excellent. It has the durable 5.3 engine and standard overdrive transmision offered for the model year.

The ebony black paint (my favorite) still looks great and has a nice shine to it! There are a few scratches here and there over the circumference of the body. That being said it still looks fantastic going down the road. The only area of damage is located on the passengers side lower quarter panel. Again not a major eye sore at all but as always (worth mentioning for integrity sake).

Tinted glass covers the windows front to rear. All windows are functioning as they should. The lower rubberized running boards are in good shape and are free from damage (they were treated and painted for good measure).

It seems that every 2007-2014 Suburban and Tahoe are known for having issues with frosted over head lights & this one was no better. The good news is that I went the extra mile and ordered new head lights (they are already installed “looks incredible”!

While I was taking care of business I decided to replace the tail lights as well!

The sadle colored interior presents the perfect contrast and still looks good. Of course the LS models mostly came equipped with cloth interior (such as this one). I actually prefer the cloth interior “much cooler durning the summer months”!

The head liner is damage free and the original composite dash pad is not cracked like most. All of the gauges are functioning as they should and there is no hint of a check engine light (warning indicator). The service air bag light reads across the dash board messaging system & pesky tire pressure monitor indicator display shows as well (common complaint).

The door panels both front & rear are immaculate. All the the supporting trim still has lots of life and the mechanical latches work properly.

The upholstery front, rear and third row is in good condition. There is absolutely no damage to speak of. There are a couple of superficial stains that can be located throughout the cabin. That being said the overall condition is above average. The center console has a small tear on it but can be replaced for approximately $75.00

Optional heavy duty weather tech floor mats have been installed to protect the carpet (looks great / excellent addition)!

The hatch compartment is very clean and worthy of storing any cargo desired. All of the eblems on the exterior of the truck are very well kept and presentable.

The front grille is in excellent condition and the supporting trim happens to be as well.

All and all I consider it a vehicle that can be driven and enjoyed without issue. It has recently passed state inspection and handles the road very well (dependable).

The engine bay is clean and the drive train has been meticulously maintained. That means proper oil changes, etc. A new alternator was recently installed along with the battery for preventative maintenance. A tune up was also conducted to ensure reliability!

Finally a new canister vent vavle and purge valve for emissions control were installed.

We flushed the coolant for the upcoming season! The flex fuel option really seems to help with gas mileage. Fun to cruise ….enjoyable ride!

As you can see this SUV runs excellent and performs as she should on the open road. There is no rust to speak of and all of the body panels look to be original to the vehicle.
