THIS IS A VILLAGE-OWNED VEHICLE THAT WAS USED AS A FULLY-MARKED POLICE CAR. THE VEHICLE MUST BE SOLD ACCORDING TO ILLINOIS LAW; IT MUST BE SOLD IN AN AUCTION-TYPE SETTING SUCH AS eBAY. THERE IS NO BUY-IT-NOW OPTION. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY TRADES FOR THIS VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD AS-IS AND WITH NO EXISTING WARRANTY; NEITHER EXPRESS NOR IMPLIED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. POSITIVES:1. The vehicle's body/paint are in good condition, police decals have been professionally removed but some glue/residue visible2. The vehicle has low mileage (46,445 original miles)3. The vehicle is 2WD/RWD, a 4-door vehicle, automatic transmission, and uses gasoline6. The vehicle is equipped with mirrors in the visors, adjust. head rests, and tilt steering wheel7. The vehicle has power doors, windows, locks, mirrors, and driver's seat adjustments8. The vehicle has a new full-sized spare tire/jack, alloy wheels, and dual exhaust9. The vehicle has zoned A/C in working order (should be recharged-cool, but not cold), heat, AM/FM stereo & CD Player, folding mirrors, and a lighted glove box with car manual in the glove box10. There are a couple small holes in the cloth of the interior roof from removed mounted police equipment (prisoner cage)3. The center console between the two front seats is missing due to removing police equipment4. There are a couple "plugged" holes on the exterior of the vehicle from removed mounted police equipment (roof and trunk)5. The back doors (inside) have a couple of drilled holes (into door and frame) from the prisoner cage that was removed6. The outside mirror housings have a couple holes from removed emergency lights-need to be "plugged"7. Both of the rear registration plate lights are out-just need replacement bulbs8. The inside back deck has a couple small holes from mounted police equipment that was removed9. The vehicle was involved in a very minor accident to the left rear bumper (cost to repair was $466.00)10. The vehicle was involved in a very minor accident to the left front bumper (cost to repair was $2,339.44)11. The Air Conditioning should be recharged. It is cool, but not cold. Fan and motor work just fine12. The front dashboard (top) has a couple small holes drilled from police equipment13. The back of the two front seats has a couple small tears from the removed prisoner cage14. The driver's side seat handle is broken (placed in glove box)15. Marked police decals on the exterior were professionally removed, there is some glue/residue visible16. There are minor marks in the paint from removed light bars, cameras, etc (nothing major)

MAINTENANCE/SERVICE:Regularly scheduled maintenance on this vehicle was either completed by our village certified mechanic, the dealership, OR a certified mechanic shop. We do have many/most of the completed service records that may be viewed upon your request. We have a CARFAX report on this vehicle as well upon request. See above for minor accident the vehicle has been involved in. Lastly, the vehicle has had three recalls: #15803 (wiring harness), #31340 (safety belt), and #16007 (air bag). All recalls were completed by the certified dealership. There are no outstanding recalls on this vehicle that we are aware of.
