2003 Chevrolet Cavalier Description

This car has been sitting, partially under cover. It needs a windshield, tires, a battery, and brake work. The pedal goes to the floor, I did not explore as to why. There is rust on the panels, some on one running board. The engine and tranny are good, around 50k miles original. I can jump it to start with no trouble, and drive it around the yard. It passed nys state inspection a few years ago. Kbb puts it at 1800 even with all the work needed.Car is "as is."Pick up only!!
