2007 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ - LOADED NAV, REAR ENTERTAINMENT Description

You are looking at my personal 2007 Chevy Avalanche LTZ. I purchased the vehicle from the ORIGINAL owner, I am only the second adult owner. This is an ORIGINAL CALIFORNIA car with ZERO rust issues! I have had the truck for about 5 years and I love it! Best vehicle I have ever owned, and I have had about 40 cars and trucks! The ride is awesome because it is a Tahoe, not a truck. This vehicle is LOADED with every possible option you can think of. I will do my best to list the options and the condition as accurately as possible, but I may forget a few things so please call or email me with any questions or to see the vehicle in person.
This is my PERSONAL vehicle and I HATE to sell it as it is the BEST truck ever designed, but the family is getting bigger and I need more space. I have never owned a more useful vehicle. The rear seats fold down so you have enough room to carry a full sheet of plywood, and the back window comes out so you can move all sorts of furniture or pick up at Ikea without concern of how to get the stuff home! I will seriously miss this vehicle!
I have 2 sets of keys with remote controls, owners manuals and service records. Registration was just renewed September 2017.
Recent service includes front and rear brake rotors and pads, brake master cylinder, front struts, air ride rear shocks, front upper control arms / ball joints, front lower ball joints, outer tie rod ends, oil change, belts, spark plugs, battery, tires, alignment and I am sure I am forgetting plenty but I have all of the records for the truck.
Condition is as follows:

• NEVER in an accident!!
• Exterior is VERY clean, with a few MINOR dings and scratches. Please see the photos for the scratches on the front and rear bumpers - this shows the WORST of the paint, otherwise it is very nice.
• Ice cold AC - works perfectly
• Tires are fairly new, about 70% tread life left, all matching Goodyear Eagle LS 2 tires
• 20" Wheels are in great shape
• Bed is clean and includes the factory rubber bed mat
• Interior is in EXCELLENT condition with the exception of the dash which has cracks in the corners like ALL GM trucks from this series, and the driver seat has a scrape on the side as seen in the photos - not a tear. Carpet is EXCELLENT, and has always had floor mats (driver floor mat is worn out at the right heel).
• Engine runs PERFECT, transmission shifts great, drives, steers and rides like a 50,000 mile vehicle
• EVERYTHING works EXACTLY as it did from the factory
