1969 Chevrolet Camaro Description

How do you define the ultimate 1969 Chevy Camaro? How about one that had over $100K invested in a rotisserie restoration to create the ultimate restomod. That means huge big block power, custom A/C comfort, and modern moves on the streets. Yup, the ultimate Camaro is up for grabs.
There are zero worries that anyone will look at this coupe and think it's bone stock. There were some yellows on the '69 Camaro color palette, but the luster you get off of the modern paint instantly let's everyone know yours is special. This PPG shade of Western Star Yellow is expertly integrated with Tuxedo Black to make the perfect custom two-tone that highlights all the '69 Camaro's special curves. Amplifying this presentation even further is a nice Cortez Silver pinstripe that provides a dividing line for the black and yellow. It's a total package that leaves an impression no matter if it's showcased in the sunlight or moonlight. And speaking of nighttime, if you choose, you're going to love cruising this coupe in the dark, because LED headlights will illuminate the road better than any classic you've known. And while you'll love showing off all the custom elements, right down to the Rushforth Rated X wheels, there's also the underlying quality of driving a classic that gets its iconic details right. The power bulge of the cowl induction hood, deep chin spoiler, and the full length D80 rear spoiler are all true hallmarks of the best first-gen Camaros.
Open the door and this one continues the exterior black and yellow in the best way. Houndstooth is an icon all on its own, and to have the seats matching the exterior color scheme is just another indication of the level of thought and care that went into this build. From the moment you step inside you can tell this is a pure performance machine, but the level of fit and finish tell you that presentation was also a major concern. For example, the grippy three-spoke steering wheel is finished in black and chrome, which coordinates nicely with the Covan Classic dash panel and Ring Brothers accents. And within that is a full set of AutoMeter Phantom gauges. Plus, there are a ton of comfort upgrades, including power steering, power windows, power locks, and modern R134a air conditioning. But from the moment you grab the Hurst shifter and spot the 502 callout on the center console, you know this machine's best feature is under the hood.
The engine bay is one of the cleanest and meanest we've seen. The black and yellow returns once again on everything from the firewall to the valve covers. And now it's joined by a solid investment in shining components. Stuffing Chevy's 502 cubic-inch big block crate motor in between the fender walls wasn't enough for this serious street machine. This monster motor has been enhanced and fortified with upgrades like the hot cam package, MSD ignition, Ron Davis aluminum radiator, and long tube headers. Plus, it's all topped with a triple-deuce Demon carburetor package. Best of all, the four-speed manual transmission gives you complete control over this big power V8 and its thunderous soundtrack. But don't just listen to the dual exhaust; follow its path in the undercarriage photos. There you'll spot a ton more upgrades and also the true quality a rotisserie restoration brings. It starts up front with BMR tubular A-arms, QA1 adjustable shocks, and a thick sway bar. In the rear are Hotchkis two-inch lowering springs, Koni adjustable shocks, and a sway bar. Plus, making sure all the power gets to the ground is a stout 12-bolt rear end, DSE weld-in frame connectors, and a DSE mini-tubbed kit for wider rear rubber. The total driving package is topped off with SSBC four-wheel brakes with slotted/drilled rotors.
We don't have room to list all the upgrades, so you can call us for all the details and build receipt info. Of course, you already know this restomod is worthy of awards and feature stories (it already was in Chevy High Performance.) And since it's one-of-a-kind build, you know if you miss this opportunity it could be gone forever. Call today!!!
