1965 Chevrolet C-10 Description

Here's something everyone seems to be looking for to cruise in this Summer - a super straight "Patina" shop truck 1965 Chevy C10. This one came from the factory as a Custom Cab w/ Aluminum grille, chrome bumpers, chrome around the windshield etc and was painted bright Red w/ White cab and White inside the bed chrome - this has proven to be America's favorite color combination on a 64-66 Chevy pickup. It came from the factory as a 283V8 and 3 speed on the column and sometime back in the early 2000's it got a new Maroon or Crimson paint job, Aluminum wheels, and a newly built 350 engine with mild cam (which lopes some and sounds awesome) 700R4 overdrive transmission and new dual exhaust. The cab was repainted a beautiful light Silver inside and out to go better with the Maroon body color. By 2006 it was parked in favor of a newer ride, and not regularly driven until I got it. It was so well kept during its life it has no dents unless there are one or two in the wheel tubs in the bed, and still has all its original bed wood if you can believe it. A great truck to hot rod around in with its cool sounding strong 350, and maybe leave as it is as a "Patina" shop truck like everybody is after. I intended to install new inner and out rockers, and fix a hole above the front right cab support and possibly repaint it, but before I ever got around to that I found an even more desirable 1966 Chevy Truck just like it, but with a factory 327 and Powerglide so I decided I'd rather go with an all-original type build rather than a hot rod / shop truck like this. POSSIBLE DELIVERY BETWEEN ALABAMA AND DALLAS TX: we are headed to Dallas April 27th - 29th and can haul this truck to you along that path or meet you in Dallas with it. INQUIRE
So with the 66 truck bought, I don't need this 65 and just want to try and get my money back for it, so I am listing it for what I paid and you can make your best offer - this truck hasn't been driven much lately so its at the mechanic shop getting fluids checked and changed, brakes examined and replaced as needed, and new fuel line rubber hoses which looked to be getting old, etc. Just the usual light stuff - doesn't need any of this to run and drive, but if you want to come here and drive it home these things need to be checked and made right if not before you do.

SHIPPING? I am very fortunate to have a couple great Alabama-based shippers here who work for cheap. Only way to get the truck delivered cheaper would be for you to send a multi-car carrier here and let me meet them at the interstate - but we can do that too. Truck is located in Joppa AL 35087
