1965 Chevy C10, longbed, 2 owner, 283V8 3speed manual, stored last 10 years
1965 Chevrolet C-10 Description
I purchased this 1965 Chevy C10 in 1992 from the original owner. I drove it sparingly for the next twelve years until the column shifter wore out. I stored it next to my home and along the way replaced the column shifter with a floor shifter. I have not used it since. Because this truck was in long term storage, it will need fluids changed, tires, etc. The engine is a strong 283 V8 with dual exhaust and an Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake manifold with 4 barrel carb. It retains the original rams horn exhaust manifolds. I put 1974 Chevy Blazer steel wheels on it when I got it and didn't retain the original wheels. The body is straight but, does have a few small rust blisters showing on the lower front fenders and door corners. Overall, a great project for someone to put their stamp on. It has had one repaint in it's life, probably in the 1980's. The tool box in pics will not be included and the black California plates I will retain if truck leaves California. The title is no longer on the California DMV computer and the title is the original pink slip style. Email with any questions. Full payment de within seven days of auctions end.
