1978 K5 Blazer with custom Rims and Paint
You are viewing on of the nicest and rare 2wd blazers left in america. K5 has all original metal other than upgraded hood. Clean underbody and panels. Truck was painted in 2014 with matte finish. The top is high gloss along with two hood stripes. All front head lights, parking lights, and side markers have been upgraded. New front grille and chrome trim. New window molding all around on front windows, rear window, side windows. This K5 also has power windows that work. Rims are 22x9.5 Ridler black with chrome knock offs. I will also includeoriginal center caps. Tires are staggered in size from 265/40/22 in the back and 265/30/22 in the front. Back also has 1 1/2 inch wheel adapter/spacer enhance staggered look. Engine is a 350 from JEGS. I have receipt from prior owner dating back to a 2006 replacement. At that time trans was rebuilt. New tune up with plugs and wires in 2014 at 85,000. New exhaust for perfect deep rumble.
The interior has been upgrade with new billet steering wheel and trim along with new dash cover. Carpet is clean along with seats. This Blazer is a nice quality driving condition. I have driven this blazer daily in the summer and early fall with zero issues. I have driven on 2-4 hour trips with no overheating or other engine issues. This K5 was always stored in a heated garage at my home during cold months.Never seen snow since it is only a 2WD truck.I have even taken to few shows and have gotten a lot of attention due to matte and gloss finish. Do your homework and you will that these 2wd version are hard to find.
