CANCELLATION POLICY If Buyer does not complete transaction, does not Pay for Purchase of Winning Bid and/or does not Pick Up Item for any reason, there will be a Ten Percent (10%) Cancellation Fee / Re-Listing Fee charged to Buyer.

PICK UP – LOCAL PICK UP ONLY is by appointment on Tuesday April 19th at 10:30 am. Contact Seller’s Agent to confirm your pick up date. No shipping is available. The item cannot be prepared for pickup. Item must be removed AS-IS. Buyer must pickup at location on scheduled pickup day and time indicated and must be prepared to remove the item at their cost and with their own resources. Buyer will be responsible for all equipment, tools, personnel and transportation necessary for loading and removal of Item from purchase location.

Auction Close Policy: Winning Bidders will receive a complete invoice within 24 hours after close of auction. Winning Bidders must contact Seller within 2 days following notification of winning bid to make final payment arrangements. Pickup arrangements will be made at this time.

Payment Policy: Payment preference to be made Via Cash or Bank Cashiers Check. Buyers PayPal account using a confirmed email address is also accepted. If using PayPal and full payment is not received within 2 days of auction close, RTAuctions reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed and Buyer will be Blocked from further Bidding activity. Cash Payment at Pick Up will also be acceptable but, MUST be PAID, Before Item Will Be Released to Buyer. Contact Sellers Agent for acceptable terms and information.

Sales Tax Policy:Buyer responsible for any Sales Tax due. RTAuctions will invoice the appropriate sales tax. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment may exempt buyers from sales tax.

Release Of Liability: Winning bidders are required to sign a liability release form releasing the existing Public Agency Owner of these assets and RTAuctions, from future liability, as a condition of the close of the auction.

Any dispute regarding these services or the offer, auction or sale of the goods will be governed by California law, And will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ventura, California, regardless of whether the dispute is brought under contract, tort or other principles.
