1984 Chrysler LeBaron Woodie Convertible Description

1984 Chrysler LeBaron Woodie Convertible Mark Cross Edition 45K 22K invested NR!

Please scroll through all the pages below, as there's a ton of pictures, including all the bills that total up to a $22,000 dollar investment in this car and pictures of the restoration. It's as American as apple pi, Hillary and The Don combined(well, except for the Mitsubishi motor!). It's the nicest Chrysler LeBaron Mark Cross Edition Woodie Convertible you'll ever find and it's fun saying Chrysler LeBaron Mark Cross Woodie Convertible when people asked, "what is that thing?" It's truly a rich piece of Americana that's fun and funky to drive and they are beginning to increase in value.
My 84 LeBaron Mark Cross Edition Woodie Convertible is only one out of 1,105 produced by Chrysler. She had a nice restoration which included the paint ($1,486), top ($1,315) and and ton of other bills and receipts to show that it was taken car of and kept on the road running properly and looking new. The partial list includes the usual tires, battery, muffler and brakes (including master cylinder, new lines, pads, rotors and wheel cylinders), but also the wiper motor, front window motors, radiator, alternator, thermostat, CV joints, etc. She obviously been well maintained with 8 documented oil changes (more not accounted for in the records) and only 45,375 original miles. The original, numbers matching, bullet-proof, Mitsubishi 4 cylinder starts right up and runs like a clock. If you're looking for a very rare convertible with one of the very beginnings of digital dash gadgetry, this is the one to own. Honestly, I've had it out a couple of times this summer and people can't help giving me the thumbs up or commenting on it being a woodie convertible. It comes with the original manual, original boot and a car cover.
Please don't offer any low ball offers, as I'm offering this car with no reserve for a low ball price. The starting bid of $2,900 is ostensibly well worth it considering the massive investment. It's a special one-of-a-kind car that will never be put up for sale anywhere else and I'm willing to let her go due to the lack of storage during the upcoming Michigan winter that is ahead.

Please keep in mind that this is a no reserve auction and your bid is a legally binding agreement to purchase the vehicle. If you make a bid, I'll assume that you've already kicked the tires, asked the significant other and have funds available. Also, ask any and all questions before making a bid, as I want to make sure you know everything you need to before making your decision.
Feel free to have the car inspected or come by to take it for a test drive. I do reserve the right to end the auction early, as the car is also going to be up for sale today locally and I've put it on Craigslist for $4,200. The buyer will be responsible for having the car shipped, but I'll be happy to pick you up at Detroit Metropolitan Airport if you want to fly in and drive her home. A nonrefundable $500 deposit will be due via Paypal within 24 hours of the auction end and full payment in the form ofclearedcertified check, Paypal or cash in person by 3 days with no exceptions.Thank you!
