2001 Chrysler Town & Country Description

For auction at NO RESERVE is a used 2001 Chrysler Town & Country Limited minivan. This is a one-owner vehicle that has never been smoked in, no accidents, etc. It has 225K miles on it, but still runs pretty well. It had a rebuilt transmission at 220K (kind of clunks into second gear when slowing down but does not slip).
The exterior has some scratches, cracks (front bumper), some paint bubbling and minimal rusting (typical for a vehicle this age and mileage), the hood is faded, but the paint still shines everywhere else. The front tires are pretty good; the back tires may need replacing forinspection - not sure (inspected until 9/30/16). The wheel covers, well, are not real nice, but they are wheel covers and easily replaceable. The interior is pretty clean and still looks nice; the seats are cracked on the edges in places (being leather), but not ripped, cut or torn. The carpet is fairly clean with one hole on the driver's side where the heel hits. The air conditioning works but could use a recharge. The radio works, as does the tape deck, but the CD player does not (I have a replacement radio/CD player that we can negotiate into the sale if you'd like). Both side doors are power operated, but the driver's side door needs a wire replaced to get it going again.
Thisvan seats 7, as it has the third-row seat option.
This has been a great family car, but it is time to downsize and say goodbye! We have had it since new, and it has been good to us, so if you are looking for a vehicle to get you from A to B, a transport vehicle (great for hauling - holds a lot of stuff), or just an everyday commuter for next to nothing, this is the one for you.

*Oh, and I have the floor mats for front, middle and back too. The front driver's side mat is worn (at the heel mark), but the passenger mat, middle mat and back mat are in real nice shape. They aren't in the pictures, because I shampooed them, but if you'd like pictures, I can send them.
