This is our family minivan and has been with us for close to 5 years now. Our kids are getting older now sothe minivan is now upforsale. This vehicle has been driven by a mom and has been taken care of and serviced atPrecision Chrysler in Butler NJ. We have a friend that works there and all of the service records are available.
We recently serviced the following components. Front brake calipers and pads were both replaces less than 3000 miles. The rear pads were replaced approximately 5000 miles ago. The ignition system was serviced with new spark plugs and coil packs. The ignition service was done at therequest of Chrysler technicians to prove the misfire was related cylinder head issues. Chrysler warrantied the cylinder heads on both sides along with all internal components, valves, cams, lifters. There is a silent recall on the cylinder heads of 2011-2013 model 3.6L VVT Pentastar engines, the symptoms are mis-firing lifter tapping on startup and hesitation while driving. We spent many hours trying to solve the intermittent hesitation problems and luckyenough to have a friend at Chrysler who finally committed to fixing it under the Chysler 100,000 mile cylinder head recall. This recall is not active you must pester them to get it done, this vehicle has the revised 2016 cylinder heads.
The transmission is in excellent condition and shifts perfect, the engine runs smooth with no issues. The car has never been in an accident, paint is in very good condition.
There is no other issues with the van, the exterior is in very good condition and the photos are not enhanced so please look close. Theinterior is in very goodcondition there are no surprises.
This van is the Limited Edition, DVD, Navi, Rear View Camera, Stow-N-Go, Remote Start.
