1999 Chrysler Town & Country Limited Description

Think of it as buying the new alternator and getting the rest of the van for free! We're the 2nd owners of this thoroughly well-used minivan. The photos tell it all. The alternator was new 3/21/16 at 200,612 miles. Only 900 miles on it! Woot! The wheels & tires on it are really ugly but the original chrome spoke rims are included (that cool, yellow yard cart is not included). I pulled off the tires I put on last year and they're available in a separate auction; only 4,200 miles on 'em. And new front rotors and pads at that time too. The tires are worth just as much as the whole van. Why am I selling? Well, it was an extra car (er, truck. er, van. Bonus car. Shed.) for us and needs some work I don't have time to do and don't feel like paying a mechanic and don't want to have to shovel around this winter. The parts it needs are pretty inexpensive. It won't pass inspection without rear brake cylinders and shoes. It needs new plugs and wires too. What else is wrong: No inspection, driver's window switch is finicky, rear windows don't work, electric locks sometimes work, it's dirty, back seat was out in the rain and has some mold, some rust, dashboard has a new crack in it by the windshield, seats have seen better days, worn out paint on the hood and above the windshield, the air conditioning is warm... photos are pretty honest about what you are buying. Except for needing plugs and wires, the engine and transmission are solid. No leaks. Starts fine. Idles well. Battery new November 2014 and I'm throwing in 2 headlight bulbs! I haven't kept it clean, but it's been mechanically well maintained. Regular oil & fluid changes, etc.Obviously selling as is.There is no current inspection or registration. We can drive around the block and then go to the messenger service. You are responsible for all transfer and title costs. It's all yours once off my driveway; remember there's no inspection and the mishmash of tires on it.... I take no responsibility.
