Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 3 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Trade-ins
We are able to take trade-ins on listed vehicles. In the buyer wishes to have a trade-in considered for a listed vehicle, the buyer must call or text Jeff Stout in advance of the end of the auction to discuss and receive an offer. During such a conversation, other variables that affect the transaction (such as payoff balances, financing, physical and mechanical condition of trade-in) should be discussed.
Additional Fees and Taxes
All West Virginia and Ohio residents must pay state and local tax, title and license fees, this also applies to all purchases where dealership financing is secured.* Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. All winning bidders must also pay theDealership Documentary Fee of 175. *Also, if your lender requires proof of lien, taxes and fees may be required to satisfy your lender.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company at a competitive price. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Transportation Assistance
For buyers travelling to the dealership by plane, we will pick you up at the airport in Charleston, WV or Parkersburg, WV and bring you to our dealership for no extra charge.
Buyer's Inspection

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Successful Bidder
