The previous owner had this set up to be driven by the occupant in the wheelchair with the EZ LOCK SYSTEM on the drivers side. The hand controls are included BUT HAVE BEEN REMOVED. There are also all the Q-Straint straps and seat-belts included that will accommodate many different mobility setups. Both Front Seats (driver and passenger) remove easily.
