This vehicle was my baby. Had a minor collision and decided to part ways with it and buy a new car. Had this ride for 8 yrs so it is time to get something different. Have had aftermarket stuff recently installed and new parts installed at repair shop( receipts included). Here are some aftermarket installs within the vehicle below( installed 0-2months ago). Keep in mind all these items together cost me to install and buy over 2000 usd.
1. New vertical style Rolls Royce Phantom Grille (chrome)2. White Led doom light installed3. Blue Led Lights at the remaining interior light locations except the original Chrysler green non led lights at the dashboard, interior clock and temperature control knobs.4. All Ac vents have chromes on them5. (this is not installed but i will throw it in for free) KKMOON Car LED Parking Reverse Backup Radar Backlight+4Sensors Dark Blue AD R1T06. This car when bought new didnt have an alarm. The key from chrysler has a lock and unlock door function that is it. So i installed a VIPER RESPONDER 350 CAR ALARM 2-WAY SECURITY SYSTEM FAILSAFE STARTER KILL 3305V. This alarm system is what you call an active shock sensor alarm. It is 2 way so you get confirmationwhen it arms. Anyone who kicks, breaks, hits your car the shock sensor will activate the alarm and the 2 way protocol will notifyyou at home that you have an issue. This is already installed. had it done recently.7. Bought aNEW DEI 508D DUAL ZONE RADAR MOTION CAR ALARM SENSOR VIPER CLIFFORD CONVERTIBLE for extra alarm security but never installed it. This alarm sensor will basically warn people by chirping and if they keep getting near your vehicle for 5-10 seconds or whatever time you set it to go off at it will start sounding the alarm. It is a radar motion sensor alarm. This is also free and included.8. replaced my factory radio receiver and radio dash install with aPIONEER AVIC-5100NEX 6.2 " 2-Din In-Dash Car DVD Monitor w/GPS+Bluetooth+Carplay and aDOUBLE 2 DIN CAR STEREO RADIO DASH INSTALL MOUNTING INSTALLATION TRIM BEZEL KIT. This is a nice unit just installed 2 months ago. This unit has usb, mic, headphone jack and bluetook connection. Also has port for backup camera connection(see #10)9. Replace my factory speakers with the following. 1)Rockford Fosgate P1692 (09-p1692) 6" x 9" Punch Series 2-way Car Stereo Speakers 2.)ROCKFORD FOSGATE P1675 6.75" 3-Way Car Audio Speaker/ 6-3/4" Punch Series10. The new Pioneer receiver has a backup camera port or a video port so i also purchased and installed aClarion CC510 Rear Vision Color Camera With Distance Guide Lines. This unit didnt have backup sensors so that is why i bought that kkmoon in #5. This is good i installed it because the chrysler has a huge back which i cannot see when reversing.11. new highly bright fog lamps installed recently12. chrome on the door handles.
Other important features about this car1. Leather seats2. moon roof,3. sunroof4. rwd,5. 3.5 liter v6 engine6. Gas tank has full gas( ** yes i filled my car then the collision happen so it is full**)7. Spare donut and all the necessary tools to change a tire in the back of the car.
CarMaintenanceThis vehicle was kept in really nice condition. I am very ocd so i always washed my ride and cleaned the interior very well.
The Good1. just bought a new battery unit for the car. seriously like 2-3 days ago. will show receipt. All receipts i keep so I will give it to you.2. replaced control arms3. replaced inner and outer tie rods4. replaced belly pan engine shield lower oil pan cover5. replaced windshield recently.6. back tires replaced monthsago. all wheels alignedand tires balanced.7. Have an engine air filter replaced8. Have a cabin air filter spare in the trunk. The one in engine area right now is getting bad so i would replace it when you get the ride.
The BadCheck engine light on- have receipts for what it is so dont panic. my car is in top shape. have history of all my maintenance work.1. check engine light is for catalytic converter bank 2. (fix at local shop not dealer unless you are rich hahahaha)i can include the diagnostic notes.2. other light on the dash is the abs which is due to the break pressure sensor being bad. now this can be left alone which i did or to replace the actual part is 20-30 bucks and the labor is not badit wont take more than an hour to replace this item so you will spend less than 150 the most i think.
The Ugly,this is why i am selling the car1. collision damage on the left side of the vehicle. no damage to rocker panel that i can see. needs the two doors fixed or replaced. then fix minor bumps and scratches and you golden.2. Right side has minor bumps and scratches that can be patched up if you want the ride to look better( not a big deal if you don't fix it. no noticeable except for the one in the front side of right side bumper due to the white color as the paint was scrapped off a little)
ConclusionThis car is great if you want to fix it up. it already has all the bells and whistles for a luxury car. all you need is to fix the minor collision on the lower left side and fix the catalytic converter and viola you are driving. fyi you can still drive with the catalytic converter issue but it is not advisable. to keep this baby going without major issues fix it asap. Fyi this is the first time i have ever had to replace my catalytic converter and i bought this car in 2009. Drives like new . I wash my engine once a month, wash the car once a week, use gas treatment once a month to clean all the bad crap from my fuel system.
Suggestion: get the factory amp replaced for better sound and change front tires in a few months time. SEND ME OFFERS
