2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 Description

Carefully customized Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 with incredibly low miles and garage kept.
This is a very special car and if you don’t know about this particular car please research first before you contact me. This is a supercharged car that has been enhanced professionally for performance. Please don’t think about buying this car if you’re not looking for an outrageously fast car that is so fast that it will beat just about any other sports car at a stop light. In other words, an inexperienced driver should not get this car.
This car is based on the Mercedes SLK320. It was made by Chrysler when Mercedes owned Chrysler and all of the mechanical parts are Mercedes – and the fit and finish is very Mercedes. I bought this car several years ago from someone who owned a car shop and he customized it beautifully, taking the factory supercharged hand-built engine built by AMG and professionally (with insignia on the engine) enhanced it in order to get more boost for even more power. After boring out the supercharger, a 181 mm overdrive pulley was installed. Also was a new heat exchanger for the intercooler. A custom cold air intake and intake manifolds were added, and to expel all of this added air, a custom stainless exhaust was installed, which gives this car an incredible rumble. Keeping all of this added power in line are several different performance chips that can be installed based upon the chosen fuel.
All of this added together this car is putting out approximately 400 horsepower. On the A “pillar” are a couple of extra gauges mounted on the “A” pillar to help monitor the boost and air fuel ratio. A new custom headliner was put in place of the factory piece to give the interior the feeling upper class. The factory radio was replaced with a new unit that features Bluetooth connectivity for hands free phone operation. The suspension and braking system were factory AMG upgrades which were designed to take care of any performance driving situation you could throw at it.
I have decided to sell it because I just don’t need it. It has been garaged, has brand new tires on it, and it has been well maintained. It hasn’t been sitting around – I take it for short drives. There is a little scrape on the bottom to the rear bumper and I have perfect matching touch-up paint. The car still smells like fresh leather and is as clean as you would expect a car with low miles like this to be! I have the original engine cover and all original parts if you want to buy them from me separately - in case you want to make this car a classic collector one day. No test driving unless I have cash in hand. This car is in a condition unlike any you will find.
