2005 PT Cruiser Convertible Custom
2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser Description
I've decided to sell my "Belle"....a 2005 PT Cruiser Convertible. I am the second owner, the original owner had only put 7K miles on her because she was their vacation house car. She is a midnight blue 5 speed manual, garage kept car, with cloth interior, still sporting the original great condition floor mats and no rips / tears in the upholstery. She is featured on a website called hubcapmike and as a result is a fairly well known car. She is also well known because of the sports bar removal which makes the car very unique. Everything still works on the car, and Ive never had any major issues with her. The battery, shocks and struts are all new in the last 6 months, and she has a fresh oil change and filter. She just passed her state inspection for the year. Custom touches include the sports bar removal, lowered using the lowest kit available for this car called Gold Line Super Slammers, chrome strut bar, lots of chrome on the exterior, and chrome vents. Roman chariot style fender skirts, dummy spots and stop light prism on the dash add to the nostalgic feel I gave to this car. The tail lights are one of a kind custom I made incorporating 1956 Chevy Belair lenses. Convertible boot cover included in the trunk. Rear seats can be completely removed or folded forward if you ever need to carry something bigger than the trunk holds. She has just over 107000 miles on her and I got the official "100,000 mile club" licence frame from Chrysler. Ive always used high quality synthetic oil and I did the water pump and timing chain change at 90,000 miles. I also put in a custom forced cold air intake that added to the already great fuel economy. She has a great sound...no bumblebee's here..a nice soft deep purr that will not interfere with your conversation, but just enough sound to tell you how happy she is your taking her for a drive. I have a case full of trophies and awesome memories with this car from going to car shows, but its time she finds a new home and makes new memories.
A side note...after posting this I noticed some of the pictures show "white" spots on the side of the car..I want to clarify this is sun reflection from another car sitting nearby...they are not chips in the paint. Looking closely you can see the reflection of the other car.
