Why is this vehicle up for sale?

-We just inherited another car from family which has more of an emotional value to us. This minivan is a good family vehicle and it runs great. Beside the normal wear and tear you'd expect from a vehicle of this age and mileage, there's isn't much wrong with it.

Conditions

-All Bidders on eBay and all buyers conducting business outside of eBay are bound to these terms and conditions so please read carefully.

Vehicle is being sold in "As-Is" condition:

Buyers are welcome to inspect the vehicle before bidding. All inspections must be done before the sale and conducted by appointment at Saint Johns, FL 32295. If buyer elects to not inspect prior to purchasing the vehicle they will be liable for any mechanical faults which may occur after vehicle is purchased.

Vehicle Condition:

This vehicle runs great and is still being driven for normal daily activities, therefore, the minivan may have a few more miles on it than the auction mileage. Any mileage differences will be of an immaterial nature (under 500 miles). Please call or email if you are concerned about specific mileage at the time of bid.

-Please understand that this vehicle is over 11 years old and comes without accessories such as extra keys, cod magazines, etc. that are in a new car. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.

-All tires were replaced 4 months ago and the car has been driven less than 2k miles since.

-The battery was replaced 4 months ago.

-The alternator was replaced 4 months ago.

-The front breaks were replaced 4 months ago.

Existing Known issues:

-This vehicle only has one key available (2nd key was lost over 3 years ago).

-Rear sliding door locks have stopped responding to the key commands and must be opened or closed manually. Once unlocked, the rear doors can be opened and closed automatically using the key or buttons inside the minivan.

-The clear-coat of this vehicle is over 11 years old and has bubbled up throughout the vehicle's exterior.

-The "Check Engine" light is on at the time of posting and the car may need some service. It is running smoothly and will be taken in for service soon.

-The overflow container of coolant/anti-freeze leaks when the car has been on for too long and needs to be repaired or replaced. I'll consult the mechanic for advice when the car goes in for service.

Shipping:

-Buyer is responsible for either in-person pickup or all shipping arrangements. If picking up in-person, a DMV is about 2 miles away and the car title will be transferred there and you'll be responsible for all DMV costs of getting your new tags and registration, etc. Prior to transferring the title, DMV requires that the vehicle must be insured under your name.

Legal:

-All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Saint Johns, Florida. The vehicle shall be delivered in Saint Johns, Florida. All obligations of purchaser to pay shall be payable in Saint Johns, Florida in Saint Johns County as well.

-It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Saint Johns County, Florida.

-This vehicle is being advertised locally as well. If another non-ebay buyer moves forward with the purchase, this auction will be removed. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller.
