2008 MAZDA MIATA MX-5 CONVERTIBLE GT ONLY 7500 MILES!!! NOT A MISPRINT AS NEW!
2008 Mazda MX-5 Miata Grand Touring Description
So, how does a 2008 Miata end up in 2016 with only 7572 miles? The original owner drove the car for approximately 4000 miles when health problems took away his ability to drive this car. Knowing he could not drive the car in his current state he stored it in a climate controlled bubble at 50% humidity with in a climate controlled garage where it stayed for the next 4 years. Finally the Mazda was put up for sale and my neighbor Tim bought the car. Now Tim is from Ireland where he grew up fixing MG's, Triumphs, Jags etc... He move to the US 40 years ago and worked for an import car dealership fixing both English and Italian sports cars. After a few years he opened his own shop specializing in foreign car and owned and restored many Fiat's and Alpha's over the years. One day he drove a Miata and found it to be every bit as enjoyable as any of his European sports cars but with the reliability of a Japanese sedan. He was convinced and purchased his first Miata. One day 4 years ago he came across this Miata and figured it was as close as to "new" a Miata he may ever find and bought it and sold his earlier Miata. Turns out he rarely had time to drive it and it spent the next 4 years in his garage, amassing only an additional 3000 miles. So now it is time to sell. Tim is older and does not do the "internet thing" so I have agreed to assist him. Feel free to ask me any questions, anything I cannot answer I will forward to Tim so please include your phone number with any questions.
Thank you for looking. Please don't ask the reserve as it is not fair to other bidders. A Buy it now may be added and he is selling the car locally so the auction may end early.
