Full payment in the ways specified in the listing must be made within 7 business days after close of auction for the entire amount of the bid, The City requires PROOF OF INSURANCE if vehicle will be driven off the lot. Insurance is not required if vehicle is towed.Purchaser is responsible for transportation from the City of Snellville. Buyer pays all transportation costs. The City is not responsible for and will not make any removal/transportation arrangements.These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Inspections:The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid.
