The Qvale Mangusta was a dream and a vision of a gentleman named Kjell Qvale. It was designed and built to be a modern, comfortable and practical successor to the very popular DeTomaso Mangusta. It was styled by Marcello Gandini and the chassis was done by race car designer Enrique Scalabroni.There was no amount of money spared in the design and building of this one of a kind beauty. Each Qvale Mangusta Roto Top was hand built in Italy, using the finest materials and components available.
Now for the really good part of the story. There were only 284 Qvale Mangusta Roto Tops ever commissioned and up for auction is number 284, the last one ever built. The gentleman who was the proud owner of this collectible beauty passed away a few years back and his family has kept the car in the garage ever since. The family is now ready to move on and they asked me if I would help sell the car.
If you follow the collector market, you know that any vehicle that had a short production run becomes more and more collectible over time. The nice part of this Qvale Roto Top is, all the parts are still available and the car is very driver friendly. You can drive it without worrying about some obscure part braking and not being able to repair it.

The car is in great shape. However, there are a few small blemishes (easily repairable) and the rear plastic window has some delamination. The car comes with all of its original books and information, along with a signed copy of Kjell Qvale's book.
