1970 Datsun SPL 311 Roadster Description

This 1970 Datsun 1600, in fair condition, is a joy to drive. It is mechanically sound and does not leak any fluids. The car has less than 3,000 miles on it since a rebuilt 1967 engine was put in. The engine was rebuilt by Mike Young of Datsun Sports. Also done at that time include: new clutch assembly, new brake hoses, new shocks. Recently done on the car include: upper and lower radiator hoses, new battery, new voltage regulator, conversion from mechanical to electric fuel pump system, new canvas convertible top, rebuilt rear brake cylinders. The interior needs work but it comes with a new full uninstalled dash cap (see photos). There is no major rust and it is structurally sound. This could be a good reliable daily driver or a good base for a restoration. This is a 46 year-old car and is sold as is without any warranties.
