1967 Dodge Dart Description
THIS IS A CURRENT RESTO-MOD BUILD PROJECT OF A '67 DODGE DART.
It is being re-listed in a simpler form as the first running of the listing might have been confusing.
The car is not completed or running, and only mocked up in the pictures.
It can be purchased with all the parts we have and you can complete this yourself at the price listed, or have us do it.
CALL 336-859-9180 FOR MORE INFO.
There is no problem with this being sold or shipped International.. Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, NZ, or South America, for instance.
The engine, trans and rear need to be internally completed, but has the parts to do that.
This is the finest example of a Dart anywhere on the planet as it was built to be just that.
The car was not built be just another Hemi clone, that's why I chose a '67 body as it also have no marker lights to interrupt the great body lines.
If you know anything about the factory cars they were stripped, crude, and with no titles.
Just a race car.
To save space here and reading time, if you want the long list of body modifications etc. I can send you a PDF file if you contact me on this
But needless to say there is over year's worth of body and chassis work done on this machine to make it strong and unique.
1 of 1
For the drive-train, it has at the rear a Dana 60 with a 4:10 Limited Slip differential and Moser axles, hooked to a 727 Torqueflite, a reverse valve body, and a mildly stalled converter.
The 528 Milodon aluminum Hemi has a Bryant 4.50 billet stroker crank, Venolia rods, Pistons, and modified Stage V dual plug heads, with raised 'D' shaped exhaust ports, and stainless valves and wide pad rockers, Keith Black Magnesium valve covers, and an Isky cam of your choice.
It has custom built ceramic coated headers that are almost unseen under the car due to the elimination of the torsion bars and can be removed from the car in little over an hour.
The Dakota Rack & Pinion steering is inside the original "K" member.
Period correct American 'Butterfly/Coke Bottle' wheels restored:7x15 and 10x15.
the remote electric water pump is mounted under the passenger rear under the right side louvered belly pan.
It has stock style black bench seats, custom dash with Phantom gauges.
It needs a headliner and a few small things in the interior
The brakes master and wiper motor etc. are mounted under the dash.
It has unfinished Glass Hemi Hood.
A Tanks Inc EFI Mustang fuel tank which gives it a flat trunk floor.
There are hundreds of photos of this build, and way more modifications than listed here, but no one has ever gone to this much effort to retain a somewhat stock, (but far beyond the factory quality), outside appearance and so many unseen modifications which makes this car totally unique.
If you are serious at all please call for the rest of the details.
