We are the original and only owners. Absolutely no accident history. 100% factory stock and original. Private owner, NOT a dealer. Why is this important? Because our SUV has had literally only two adult drivers (myself and my wife) since new and we know the maintenance history back to literally 'Day-1' when we drove it off the lot. Cosmetically it is still very nice with only a couple minor door dings and a crack in the plastic front bumper cover that we never bothered replacing. The paint I would have to say is excellent for the year and mileage as is the interior. The high-resolution photos you see here were literally just taken today (August 16th). Overall the undercarriage is far nicer than most you will find and the majority of the miles are from our family taking lengthy trips (FL, NC, PA, etc.) on the highway. Even loaded with people and luggage we've gotten an easy 20mpg on long drives. The AWD system is an incredible blessing in any type of inclement weather.
Although we have always kept it clean and very well maintained, the Durango was just professionally waxed and vacuumed by our trusted local detailer who also does my Trans-Am collector car and is now ready for a new owner to enjoy.
Speaking of maintenance, the oil was changed religiously every 4-5K, and all other fluids have been done routinely and on-time. Most services were predominantly done at either the Dodge dealer or a trusted local garage. Some routine items we have performed ourselves. Tires are in good condition (see photos). The front end (ball joints, etc.) was done at approx. 80K, and due to a manufacturing flaw in the original (feel free to contact us if you'd like the specifics) a brand new factory long block was installed at about 90K, so the new engine only has 80,000 miles on it. The cost of entire engine replacement was over $9,000 and yes, we have receipts.
Our Durango runs and drives very well with a smooth, comfortable ride and a great sounding CD stereo system. No warning lamps are illuminated. There is a tiny bubble in the paint near the rear license plate bracket (see detailed photos). The A/C system was serviced last year and charged but is not as cold as it has been in the past.
Clear NJ title and current inspection. We've placed what we feel is a very reasonable reserve (to be fair to all bidders, please do not ask - simply bid what you feel the truck is worth) on our Durango and are confident it will make the new owner very happy for many years to come. We request the successful winning bidder submit a small 'good-faith' deposit via PayPal upon completion of the auction. As clearly shown by my feedback rating I have been here on Ebay for many, many years with literally hundreds of transactions so please bid with confidence. Additional terms regarding full payment and pick-up of the vehicle can be discussed and we welcome any questions you may have that are not covered in the listing. Thanks for your interest.
