PAYMENT: 2 Options

****But first let me be clear…I’m not a dealer im just a normal person selling a car. I know some people don’t like to deal with dealers because they rip off people. So im just putting it out there so we are clear on that. ***

Option #1

PLEASE READ: This option is specially good for those who don’t want, can’t pay for the car in full, or don’t want to pay extra in a dealer when you can get it cheaper if you buy a car owner to owner. Remember, dealers have overhead to pay, example: employees, maintenance of keeping cars in the lot, an arm and a leg documentation fees, etc, etc. So that is an advantage to buying a car out of the dealer as long as legit.

So, the bank I use to finance my vehicle is called Ally Bank…in case you want to look it up. As of right now, I owe 9,000, however, I am willing to let my car go for $8,000 while putting the $1,000 out of my pocket to pay in full the car loan.

If this is ok with you and you don’t want to pay the $8,000 in full…you may apply for a Loan transfer at Ally Bank (bank that finances my car loan). If they approve you, then you would take over my loan and you would pay monthly. The great thing is $8,000 is not too much so you monthly payment shouldn’t be high at all. So, I guess once I send the bank the $1,000 and you get approved, they will notify me and then you can come and take vehicle.

If you are interested in this option, I can guide you on getting the application from the website or if you prefer I can email it to you or print it out. Is like a one or two page application, which you would fax to the bank and sit back and wait for the response. It should take them maybe a week or so to give you an answer whether they approve you or deny you.

Option #2

As I explained in Option #1, as of right now, I owe $9,000 in my vehicle, however, I am willing to let my car go for $8,000 while putting the $1,000 out of my pocket to pay in full the car loan. This option is very simple. You pay the $8,000 and I will pay the $1,000. Loan is paid off. You may take the car home and keys. Bank informed me that once vehicle is paid off it takes 2-5 days to receive the tittle through the mail. Once I receive it, I will sign it and you will receive it.

***Whether you are interested in option #1 or #2, because we are dealing with money and we both want to be protected legally (specially since money is being exchanged) I want the buyer and me the seller to swing by a notary public and sign a paper or something stating how much we gave and the terms of the sale. Just in case, you never know. ****

Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions you may have. Feel free to pass by to see or try my car.
