2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab Description

Hello all. I'm listing my 2004.5 Ram 2500 Diesel. It's been a great truck for me and I've loved it. I simply no longer need a 3/4 Ton Diesel Pick-up so I'm selling. I will be as up front and honest with everything positive and negative about the truck that I know of.
The Good: ~This truck lived in Texas and Florida for most of it's life. I purchased it in April 2011 and drove it to PA. The truck has approximately 172,000 miles on it. I bought it at 110,000
~Since bringing it North, I have oil undercoated it EVERY Fall with Fluid Film. I oiled everything from the undercarriage, hood, inside of the doors, tailgate, you name it. I did it myself and would typically use 1 gallon on it (Fluid Film recommends 1/2 a gallon for that size truck). It still has residue from the previous oilings every time I climb under it.
~ No rust except for small spots on the leaf springs where I sprayed off the oil at the car wash and where the fender flares meet the truck and vibrated.
~Never pulled heavy or been chipped since I owned it. I pulled small 6-12 foot trailers maybe 30 times in 5 years, so nothing major.
~ Been well maintained with Shell Rotella Oil, Wix Fuel Filters, and repairs when necessary. *Since I've owned it, new ball joints, brake calipers, transmission bands adjusted, *TPS sensor replaced *New sway bar end links for the 2" lift that was installed before my ownership *Some new U-joints installed, *Air Doors for heat/AC fixed, *Probably more that I have forgotten: Receipts for work done when I owned it. *In shop right now for brake work. I think it needs a new master cylinder. Will repair before sale.
The Bad:
~ Driver's Side Rear Window doesn't go up/down: Not sure if it's electrical or a motor ~Driver's Side Rear Lock also doesn't function properly: This makes me think both are electrical ~Passenger Side Rear Seat has a small piece of upholstery is missing: It didn't bother me when the car seat was there but it is definitely not appealing (This way since I purchased)
~ Center console and Driver seat have small tears in them from use
~Center Rear Seat Belt doesn't work because for some reason the belt and latch are on the same side: Been that way since I bought it ~Issue with the front center seat belt also. If it isn't latched, the seat belt light sometimes goes on: If it's latched, there's no issue.
~ Only 3 Fender Flares: One blew off on a trip, because I used to put the oil between the flare and body so it didn't rust, and it got too loose and blew off.
~ MINOR rust on leaf spring and in the little spots I mentioned above: Just trying to be up front
~ 3 out of 4 tires are good. 1 needs replaced: I have a brand new tire that goes with it, just not mounted. ~ Only 1 Key: Was only ever given 1 when I bought it.
As you can tell, I'm trying to be up front and honest with you. This truck will be an AWESOME truck for someone that has the time and a little bit of money to make it so. Or it will make a great work truck for anyone that needs a good horse. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me. I'll do my best to answer anything I can. I'm still driving this truck, so the mileage may increase a little bit.
Vehicle is also listed locally. Will end early if I reach an agreement.
