2006 Dodge Charger Daytona Description

You are looking at a 2006 Dodge Charger, Daytona R/T 5.7L Hemi. Only four thousand ever made and this is Top Banana #3004 out of 4000. *Please note this is my daily driver so if there is an issue, it may be resolved before purchasing. Open to reasonable offers!
Let's start with the bad, well it is a 06, so it's 10 years old. There are signs of normal wear and tear on the leather, carpet, and molding. The carpet on the driver's side has a hole in it, has been there since I purchased about five years ago. I forget it's there as I always have floor mats, it's not until I vacuum I see it. Check engine light is on because I had the catalytic converters removed, went with straight pipes. (To me, not a bad thing but some may complain). My oil pressure sensor light recently came on, (will probably fix before it's sold). Gas mileage is not the greatest (for those concerned about that kind of thing). I didn't buy this car to conserve gas!
Now for the good. It's a 06! Lol... Before I purchased this car, I was looking at the 2011's that had just dropped. I picked one out although I didn't love it, it was a Charger, and I have always wanted a Charger. Well, I was supposed to show up the following day to sign papers, go over payment options, and so forth. I happened to browse one final time and came across this beauty with 66,000 miles on it. I didn't think twice about the 2011. I have always liked the body style of the 06-10 models. Well fast-forward to the current year, I have invested a bit into this car. The car has been paid off for years, the only reason I'm selling is that with the expansion of my family, I need something a bit safer! Oil changes always synthetic and on time, heat works, air works.
This car is an immediate head-turner. I have driven many cars, and I can't tell you the amount of lawsuits I receive for breaking necks, with this vehicle. There is nowhere I have gone, in which when I park my car and come out, that is surrounded by people. On the road, I have had people take photos of it as I drive by. Here are a few customizations that I have added
At 100,000 miles the engine dropped a valve (the dreaded valve drop on these Hemi's google it). I replaced it with a new engine. So the odometer shows 140K+ but on the new motor only 40K. It is 90% highway miles. The engine has custom heads, milled, and oversized pistons.Custom straight pipe exhaust. Start the engine and set off alarms. Dual stainless steel exhaust, with Flowmasters.
K & N intakeCustom Paint Job- Had it painted the same factory color but added gold metallic flake. (Can only be seen up close or in the right light.Custom Hood- Hood is a high quality, fiberglass, Trufiber challystyle hood.Custom Front Bumper- Rare hard to find bumper. Made by Grip TuningBrand New Wheels and Tires- Just put on about a month ago. Niche custom, two tone, powder-coated wheels. Staggered and wrapped in Continental Extreme DWS 06 Tires. 315/35/20 20x10.5 in rear 255/45/20 20x8.5 in fronts. (I have a set of 22's in storage if the buyer wants them. They need some touching up, however).Tinted Windows- Fronts at 35% Rears at 25%Custom sound- Replaced all factory speakers with American Bass. 1-12 inch sub in the trunk.Custom Dash- No factory stereo. Dash was custom made to fit your iPad mini! Connects with the Bluetooth system (included).AirRide Suspension from AirLift Performance- Nothing like being able to raise or lower your car with the push of a button! What better way to achieve the stance you want, and stunt on those around!Lambo Doors- Front doors only. ( I know some don't like, but I did). The kit is from Vertical Doors Inc. Had them painted to match the car. Doors do open normally, and when you want to show them, they can be raised.Custom Painted Door Panels- Interior door panels are painted black with yellow pockets to match. Doors have a word Daytona cut in them, with LED's behind them.
There may be a few other small features I am missing, but you get the point! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
