1997 Dodge Viper GTS Description

I have owned this car since 1998 I bought it with 123 miles. It has a 5000.00 BORLA exhaust system I also have the stock one, smoothie tubes and K & N filters. I put a new battery in 2 years ago and it has been on a tender when not driven, I also put new Khomo tires on it 2 years ago they have about 500 miles on them. Car has always been only driven by me never raced or tracked and kept in storage under 2 covers when not driven. That is the issue, I just don't drive it anymore.
