2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Description

I am not a dealer or a mechanic and this is my personal vehicle that I purchased approximately 4 years ago in Vilano Beach, Florida. It is a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 extended cab pickup. It has automatic transmission and a 318 V8. It runs great and the transmission is smooth. The AC is very gold and the heat works, as well. I purchased the truck from a private owner (the original owner's grandson, I believe). It has very low mileage for a 2001 (134,000). It has been a reliable vehicle for me and I would trust it to drive anywhere. It has cruise control, intermittent wipers, adjustable steering wheel, rear seats, electric windows, electric mirrors, tinted windows, and trailer hitch. It has a factory liner in the bed. There is a Pioneer Digital in-dash receiver with CD and wireless remote control. The exterior and paint are in very good condition for a 2001, as you can see. It has some dings and scratches, but not many. There is a scrape on the driver's side in the lower rear that I did not repair because it was minor (this is specifically pictured so you can judge yourself, but I did not bother to repair it because I considered it minor). This is where a driver scraped it while it was parked at Pizza Hut about two years ago. The tires are all Michelen and are the tires that it came with when I purchased it. There is a small (crease that is not easily noticeable) on the hood from when a mechanic left the hood unlatached and the wind bent the brackets to the hood that lifted while driving. The brackets were replaced, but there was a small, not very noticeable crease left on the hood near the passenger compartment. I considered it evry minor and I did not have anything further done beyond replacing the brackets because it is not very noticeable in my opinion. There are many pictures of the vehicle and several of the hood. The interior is 9 out of 10 in my opinion. There is a small seam separation on the drivers's seat which I have specifically photographed. Other than that, I would say the interior it is in excellent condition. The headliber is also in excellent shape. The passenger side electric window is not working. The mirror on the visor on the passenger side needs replacement. I believe that it is a contact on the switch because my mechanic cleaned a contact on that door switchabout two years ago when the same roblem occurred and it has worked sonce then. The repairs that I have made since I have owned it are: replaced dual exhaust system, replaced coil, ball joints, air conditioning condensor, and cables inside rear doors.
