Believe it or not, this 1979 Dodge Lil Red Express Mopar was one of the fastest vehicles you could buy in 1979. From the factory with a strong running 360 v8, a distinctive look, and not alot of weight, this truck kicked ass.A big chrome grill,heavy duty chrome bumpers,oak plank bed, big chrome wheels with fat tires and very impressive Twin Diesel Style Exhaust stacks standing up behind the cab. Complete with Torque Flight automatic 3 speeds and painted in canyon red with old west type graphics.
This is the perfect projec, being a Rust Free texas vehicle all of its life. I have a clear title in my name & have too many project, so i must let this one go sadly.You can see the original texas lic plates are still on the vehicle,and there is a pic of the car over 30 years ago in the original owners yard. The truck is not running but does have an engine that turns freely sitting in the bed with the correct chrome valve covers & chrome air cleaner. You can see from the pics, there is also the original matching numbers block that comes with the truck, radiator & cowling. The original spare tire & assorted parts. The tranny was never removed and is still in place.There is a pic of a recent old ad where these trucks are proving to be a great investment.This project is sold as is, where is, with no waranty.Buyer responsible for shipping.
