2013 Dodge Charger police package Description

This UHP police cruiser was used to patrol the freeway between SLC and Tooele. The car did not encounter the usual harsh services other UHP cars might encounter elsewhere. No high speed rock chips on the front end or the headlights. Exceptional condition with the interior and exterior still looking like new. No dents or rips or tears. Mechanically it also feels like new. The car currently has 109,000 miles. At 107,000 miles, and a few miles earlier, the maintenance dep't installed new brake rotors and pads, new tires, and alignment. I have taken a picture of the maintenance performed between 70K and 108K and have complete maintenance records since new. At 99,172 miles you will note that new spark plugs with labor was $417. The 2013 model is using the Mercedes E class suspension and the Mercedes 5spd transmission. Police turned down the 8 spd because its reliability has not been tested whereas the 5 spd has proven to be bulletproof. Well not quite, I drove a few city police Hemi Chargers cars with the trans sounding a little clunky. This one is butter smooth and goes quietly and correctly into gear. All fluids are new and topped off. Fresh synthetic 5-20W motor oil and transmission flush were also just completed along with Lucas additives to the gas, engine and transmission. It is the Hemi VVT motor that will switch to 4 cylinder mode for additional fuel economy. It has fuel deactivation so when coasting or any circumstances when fuel is not needed it is switched off. Driving normally; 23.6 miles to the gallon combined city and highway. On the freeway; 28.4 mpg on a round trip. Maintenance on a Highway Patrol Interceptor is very strict, especially, when factoring a UHP's life's dependency on his vehicle, at 4am in the depth of winter, intercepting a DUI possibly armed, on his way home from Wendover. The seats are unlike other manufacture's. Please do a web search, it is surprising that they are using such well made seats, usually reserved for upper end auto's/. I have the original window sticker where the State of Utah paid 34K plus dealer prep plus additional police hardware. The car comes from the factory with the loudspeaker/siren and other accessories installed. Making it much easier than any competitor to install the necessary police gear. No wires were cut removing the radio and police equip . For outfitting, Chrysler designed it as a plug and play car. Also this UHP Hemi Charger, was ordered with the option whereby the brake and gas pedal can be electronically positioned closer or further allowing for a greater range of sizes to comfortably operate the vehicle.. For 2013 the car has Monroe self adjusting shocks and with 370hp the top speed is now speed governed at 151mph. For those that want a little more pep to compensate for altitude, a Trinity 1000 programmer and cold air kit will net another real 40rwhp and improve your mpg and also raise your top speed. They say that luck is when preparation meets opportunity. I was very pleased to find this cruiser and whoever buys this Charger will find themselves buying a very solid, well maintained automobile) Clean NADA retail is $14,750.00. I am asking $13,500.00 ... Go ahead, look around, this one has the correct documentation and it really really does look and perform's as new. There are no rattles or squeaks. Every component from bumper to bumper is operational: If you can find a better one than buy it…. There is a black 2013 at a dealer with 139, no maintenance records, no idea which department used it or where, and they are asking $13,900. I looked at it and it is rough compared to this one. Overall condition, THIS CHARGER, properly rated is excellent. Please note that a family member accompany all test rides to protect the car and to protect-- whomever, the potential buyer will be. Please email or text with any questions. I have free and clear title in hand. It will come with a full tank of gas and is road ready to be driven across or anywhere in the Nation. I would be happy to pick you up @ Salt Lake International Airport. Your plane ticket or form of transportation is your cost to bear. This price also includes tho not installed still new in the box. Volant Cold Air Kit Retail $300+The only thing left would be to modify the exhaust and purchase a Trinity T1000 and 420+hp is very attainable. Currently everything is stock with mobil 1 5-20w synthetic just changed a few miles ago. also new high flow air cleaner until the cold air kit is installedFree and clear title. Maintenance records since new as well as original window sticker . I am a private seller with the highest rating ebay can give -----I will be adding pictures by 12/5 of the window sticker as well as the maintenance records. Also has floor mats and interior shows no sign of wea, ,,,,This car needs nothing. I have looked at literally dozens of UHP Chargers over the last 2 years and this one with its maintenance records ---how can I say it. None of them came close to having almost every component that was subject to wear replaced. Especially just before being taken out of service. Or when you buy a used car, then you find the brakes or the rotors or the this or that. I purchased an Infinit G35 only to find the clutch components worn out and it literally with a dual disc flywheel (flywheel alone cost $1035) and with the clutch, throw out bearing and so on, the cost with labor was close to 3K. It is not just maintenance, but like a UHP trooper told me near Moab, it also depends on the service area where the car was utilized. There are many other facts that pertain, but I will let the service records speak for itself.Thank you for looking
