This car has been my daily driver for almost 19 years. It has close to 320,000 miles on the original untouched drive train and still runs strong. It leaks a little oil. I did a transmission service on it about a year ago and the pan gasket is leaking fluid, I've been too lazy to fix it, so I'll leave that for you. The power steering works good but leaks a little bit when the weather gets cold, it's fine all summer and I forget to fix it, we'll put that on your to do list also.
The latest small problem is the brake power booster went bad, they run about $105 dollars and take about 1 1/2 hours to install, we'll put that one on your list too. One last thing is, the brakes probably need done along with the wheel cylinders. The body is solid except the lower far back quarter panels, the rear window has a leak into the trunk and it started rusting only in the lower wells, the floor is fine, a little scaly but no significant holes.
The car was painted with Imron or Amerflint paint over 20 years ago, I've never waxed the car in all this time and it still shines. The interior is a little rough, and needs redone.
This ole Dodge has been the most reliable car I've ever owned, I was putting 600 miles a week on it and it keeps on going. unfortunately I let all the little things add up, so it sounds bad, but they're mostly small projects that could be done while driving it. Even after all these years, it still get compliments where ever I take it.
