1967 Dodge Dart 273 Description

I bought this beauty almost two years ago, we fixed her up so she'd run well, took care of the interior and hit the road for 6600 miles - it was an epic road trip with lots of 'thumbs up'.

The car is stored with a friend because I'm living abroad and since I haven't had the time to come back and she's just sitting around, I need to let go.

The Dart is pretty much all original and in very good shape for a 49 year old car. The interior is in a fairly good condition (no cracks in the dashboard, doors are fine), the paint is original and you can see she never had an accident.

However, we also put a lot of work into this great car, the main changes have been:

new breaks in front

new wheelbearings in front

new master cylinder

new filters, gaskets and sealings (transmission, oil pan, gear differential, cylinder head).

We also took apart and cleaned the whole interior, put a new carpet in the trunk and covered all seats with beige flanell sheets (selfmade style with eyelets and strings, time was an issue but it looks good. Underneath is the original fabric, torn in some places, mainly driver seat).

Headliner is coming apart a bit in the back.

Put in a new Pioneer deck (mounted in the glove box) with USB, AUX and CD wich is connected to a Pioneer amp GM-X524 and Subwoover on the trunk (awesome sound!)

Also has a new transmission (by previous owner)

Runs fine, no problems with engine. Of course she needs more TLC, has some rust on fenders as well, but considering the age she's looking very good. The 4 door V8 is also a pretty rare car.

Odometer right now says 14600 miles but to be honest, I don't know how many times it went around.

Come check her out, let me know what you think, price is negociable, 6500$ is the estimated value by Hagerty and a few car shops.

I can also throw in three jack stands, the repair manual and the old Alpine Stereo if you have any use for it.

Please only contact me via email since I'm in Germany right now and a friend is selling it for me.
