2005 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT Description

This is a very nice well kept 05 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT quad cab 4x4 Cummins Diesel. It appears by the car fax and the looks of the truck it has spent it’s life in south Florida which is why the truck is so clean and rust and corrosion free. As you can tell by my listing I am a dealer here in south Florida and as soon as I purchased this truck I took it straight to my local Dodge dealer to get any outstanding recalls done which were just the front air bags. They were able to do the drivers side but parts will not be available to complete the passenger side until March of 2017. The front tie rod recall has already been done on this truck and since it was at the Dodge dealer I asked them to inspect the vehicle as if they were going to put it on their used car lot. With that being said the only thing they could find was that the rear brake pads where in the “yellow” range on their inspection scale. They did however miss a leak on the transmission output shaft seal so I had the transfer case removed to replace the output shaft seal and since the transfer case was out I had it completely resealed also including the center transfer case seal. This truck runs and drives perfect and has no leaks whatsoever. It is presently missing the spare tire and has a small piece broken out of the passenger side Dooley fender apparently from road debris or possibly a blown tire. The interior is just about perfect with the exception of the one panel I had replaced on the drivers side seat bottom which you can see in the photos wasn’t a perfect match and two cracks in the dash shown in the photo's. All of the power options in the interior are in working order such as the power windows, power mirrors, power seat so on and so forth. The exterior is in very good condition but does have some blemishes here and there on the paint. I believe that all of the paint on the truck is original with the exception of the tailgate and the front and rear bumpers which I had painted just because they had some scratches on them. I know the CarFax shows an accident involving a minor front collision which was evident from the scratches that I had painted on the front bumper, the plastic front bumper cover is the original one showing that the accident report was minor. The truck did have a B&W goose neck hitch in the bed which has been removed but this truck doesn’t show any evidence of hard or excessive towing. The engine oil and fuel filter have just been replaced as well as the transmission and transfer case fluid and filter changed, the differential fluids were inspected and not in need of replacement evidence of past preventative maintenance. As you can see from the photos the tires are all in good condition. As far as I’m concerned this truck is 100% ready to put to work or play just add diesel fuel.
