You are bidding on a 2008 Dodge Durango - Unit 104. This vehicle had previously been used as an Sheriff's Department Vehicle in Murray County.
As you can see in the photos there are some cosmetic defects.
There are also defects where equipment, specific to the Sheriff's Department, has been removed and there is no third row seating. The vehicle should be inspected for any specific mechanical defects so there may be repairs needed to make the vehicle safe to drive. Any property in the vehicle at the time of sale becomes the property of the buyer.

INSPECTIONS: The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing. Repairs may be required. Property may be viewed between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays, through the Murray County Sheriff's Office. Property Removal Unless otherwise permitted, the high bidder shall remove the property only during normal business hours. This vehicle was originally purchased new by Murray County and was initially used as in the Sheriff's Department Vehicle. The County has clear title to this vehicle so a Minnesota title will be transferred to the buyer at time of payment and pick up.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of auction closing. Vehicles will be released only upon receipt of payment. The purchaser is responsible for transportation to and from the County Fleet management Lot. The purchaser pays for all transportation costs. The County is not responsible for and will not make any removal and/or transportation arrangements. These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Murray County employees assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
