NO TITLE, PARTS TRUCK ONLY
I am selling this truck for a customer who was pretty much ripped off. He was looking for a Woods beater that he could play with HOWEVER;
He bought it under 3 conditions
1. No title, no paperwork (He didn't care because it was only going in the woods)
2 He knew it had bad rear end (It does, it completely locks up every 3 feet)
3. MOST IMPORTANT, it was SUPPOSED to be 4x4 (IT'S NOT)
The guy assured him it was, even though I have no clue how he missed the fact that it had no 4x4
shift lever!
Unfortunately by the time he found out, there was nothing he could do. He wanted to trade it in, but without a title I can't sell it (without going through the P.I.A ABA paperwork). I am just the middle man, you will buy it from him with a CT Q-1 bill of sale and that's it.
Let's get this out of the way:
1. NO TRADES
2. I don't do email, so don't bother asking
3. It will only be sold with buyer in person, no sending checks. CASH in person ONLY.
Now about the truck it is a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with 189,000 +/- and a great running HEMI. The truck runs great every three to four feet, until the rear end locks up completely. IT IS A TWO-WHEEL DRIVE. There are plenty of great parts on this truck like the HEMI Engine ($1600-$2500 on Ebay), the transmission, the aftermarket rear tailgate made to make room for a 5th wheel, the 20" wheels with Goodyear Wranglers (tires are practically new, wheels painted black), the 4 doors are in great shape, and the rear seat. The useful parts on this truck are well worth the $1800, the motor alone is worth $1800.
The bad:
*Bill of sale only, no title, not now not ever
*There is no battery
*The rear end is shot, it grinds loudly and locks up every 3-4 feet. You will need to tow it.
*The front bumper is gone, the front fenders are hammered, the hood is ugly and useless, the bed is
hammered, and the front seats are worthless.
There are plenty of useful parts on the truck. I will not negotiate over the phone, come look at it and then make an offer. Just don't waste your or my time with low ball offers. If I cant sell it whole, I'll part it out next month and I know I will get well over $1800. This truck MUST be towed out!
