2006 Dodge Stratus Description

This car is used and has a few known problems,it needs a rack and pinion replaced,it needs a sway bar link,which is included it just needs to be installed,my obd tool shows transmission codes which sounds like a sensor is bad when i looked up the codes,the battery doesnt hold a charge sometimes it dies overnight.i think it had a bad battery and alternator,the alternator has been replaced but the battery has not been replaced and.The title is NOT CLEAR
