2001 Dodge Ram 3500 Description

You are looking at my daily driven 01 Ram Cummins. The truck was originally from Canada, see picture of door tag. It has 210,000 miles but you couldn't tell by the way it runs!!! It passes the oil cap blow-by test with ease. It doesn't appear to have the "53" block. At least I couldn't see any markings in the usual spot. I bought this truck to drive through the winter. It's served it purpose well and I am ready to sell it. I have just replaced all of the brake lines with the exception of two, which are in perfect condition. I will include the replacement lines with the sale if you feel inclined to replace them. I just replaced all 6 tires. They were purchased through Firestone and have roughly 1,000 miles on them, the receipts will be included. Some of the new parts include: front and rear brakes (pads, rotors, calipers, axle seals), fuel lift pump, rebuilt differential, pinion yolk and tailpipe. The trans was replaced before I bought it. I don't have the receipt, the guy I bought it from offered the original trans to go with it. I just didn't get there in time to get it. The new trans shifts perfectly. Now for the bad... The front end is tight although it could use an alignment. The right front U-joint needs to be replaced but I will include a brand new one. It obviously needs rocker panels. The doors have rust but aren't Terrible. Both dually fenders are cracked. Everything else is pretty solid. The tappet cover is leaking and needs to be replaced sooner rather than later, It leaves good size puddle when you park it overnight. The injector pump will need to be removed to replace the gasket. The drivers window regulator could also stand to be replaced. The steering wheel is pretty worn, the drivers seat is ripped, and it has the typical dashboard cracks. The guy I bought it from said the heater core and evaporator were replaced. However, the a/c doesn't work every once in a while I smell a hint of antifreeze in the cab. That is about it. I will try and post more pictures later in the day on 2/16/17. You should be able to drive this truck home anywhere! I reserve the right to end this auction early as it is for sale locally.
