We have been a licensed Automobile Dealership in Philadelphia, PA. for the past eighteen years. We are primarily an Auto Wholesale Operation supplying other dealerships, and we are now listing select vehicles for sale to the public as well. This is a super clean 1997 Dodge Ram 3500 Van with 18,397 original miles. This Van has been owned by the Federal Bureau of investigation since new. It is equipped with the 5.9L V8 engine, power windows & door locks, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, and air conditioning. Everything works properly, including the factory alarm system with remotes.

This Van was customized for the FBI with premium materials. The entire rear cargo area was super insulated, and then completely carpeted on the floors, walls, and ceiling and used by the FBI for occasional surveillance purposes.

This Van runs and drives perfectly. The V8 engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The matching set of Michelin tires are showing lots ot tread, and the brake pads are all in excellent condition. The oil & filter and the air filter were just changed. There aren’t any service or warnings lights on, and this Van is ready for immediate use.

The exterior of this Van is in outstanding condition. The "Parade Blue Metallic" finish is super clean and glossy with nothing other than superficial imperfections. There is a small dent under the spare tire bracket, but there aren’t any other dents or scratches on the body. There isn’t any body rust at all and the undercarriage is in excellent condition.

The interior of this Van is extremely clean, including the rear area which looks untouched. There isn’t any wear or damage in the interior. This was a non-smoker operated vehicle, and there aren’t any odors inside this Van.

NOTE: This Van has 18,397 actual miles, which is certified and guaranteed by the FBI. The history report shows a discrepancy in the miles due to a clerical error when we titled it two months ago. The title was corrected and properly reads 18,397 miles.

This is an extremely clean Van that runs beautifully and should provide excellent service for many years to come.

PAYMENT:

A 10% deposit (minimum $500) is due 24 hours of auction completion. We accept Paypal for the deposit only. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion.

The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms.

WARRANTY:

This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles.

The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles.

PICK-UP:

Please check with us before scheduling your vehicle pickup.We are not a retail dealership, so it is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We are available from 8AM to 3PM weekdays, and are closed on weekends.

We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We may be able to pick you up at any of these terminals, so please inquire if interested.

REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES:

Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs.

Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.

Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received.

All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).

We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
