2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport Quad Cab Off Road Description

This Vehicle is located in South Lyon, MI 48178. I am listing it for a good friend who is having to make an unexpected move for work, and needs to sell this truck. It need some transmission work, but they don't have the time or money to pay for having it pulled, so selling as-is. Please see description below for full details on the trans issues. -Truck has been in Michigan for 4 years, prior to that Texas and Mississippi. Both door edges have minor rust (see pics)
-Dashboard is cracked (see pics), which is common for this model
-Transmission issues: There is a delayed shift between 1st and 2nd, otherwise it runs in all gears and drives normal. It will currently not shift into park, which is a new development. No guarantees how long the transmission will continue to run. Recommend towing/hauling unless you are pretty close by.
-The transmission needs to be pulled to determine the problem and since they are moving unexpectedly, they don't have the time or money to invest so need to sell.
-Other than transmission truck runs good and has been a daily driver.
